​In order to design a development experience specifically tailored to address your needs, we perform an assessment process to thoroughly understand those needs. We utilize a variety of assessment tools depending upon the context and goals of the engagement, including personal interviews, surveys, 360 feedback, and personality inventories.
Design
Based on the results of the assessment phase, we design development experiences which combine proven leadership and management frameworks and techniques to reach your desired results.​
Delivery
Our delivery can be either virtual or live and in person, depending on client needs. We specialize in creating safe, highly dynamic experiences for our participants. We design agendas grounded in clearly articulated objectives. We build in group and individual activities, reflection space, and tangible outcomes. This content is delivered by highly experienced facilitators with decades of experience.
